Kitchen Remodeling
in Greater Los Angeles
The kitchen decides how a house feels. Open it up correctly and every room around it gets better — more light, better flow, and the one space where everyone actually gathers.
Kitchen Remodeling done properly, start to finish
Most of the kitchens we're asked to remodel in Los Angeles share the same problem: a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and the living space, installed when houses were designed to keep cooking out of sight. Removing it means engineered beams, permits, and inspections — real structural work, not a weekend job. It's also the single change that transforms a house the most.
We handle the engineering, the permits, the cabinetry, and every trade through final inspection. Whether you want a full open-concept conversion or a same-footprint refresh with better storage and lighting, you get one team, one schedule, and one itemized price.

Kitchen Remodeling FAQ
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A same-footprint kitchen remodel typically takes six to eight weeks of construction. Adding structural work such as removing a load-bearing wall extends that to eight to twelve weeks, plus plan-check time with the city beforehand. Custom cabinetry lead times are often the longest single item, so we order early.
Can you remove the wall between my kitchen and living room?
In most cases yes. If the wall is load-bearing we bring in a structural engineer, specify an appropriately sized beam, pull the permit, and pass inspection. It is the most requested and most transformative change we make to LA kitchens.
Will I be without a kitchen the whole time?
Yes, for the majority of the project. We can help you set up a temporary kitchenette with your refrigerator, microwave, and a sink elsewhere in the house so the disruption is manageable.
Do you provide the design, or do I need my own designer?
We provide full design in-house — layout, cabinetry, and material selection — with 3D concepts before construction. If you already have a designer or architect, we're glad to build from their plans.
What kitchen upgrades add the most value?
Opening the kitchen to the main living area consistently returns the most in the Los Angeles market, followed by quality cabinetry with real storage, stone counters, and a well-planned lighting layer. High-end appliances add comfort but return less at appraisal.
